**Cancellation and Late Policy**

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes schedule changes are necessary. To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients and maintain the highest quality of service, we have implemented the following policies:

**Late Arrivals:**
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and your appointment will be canceled. A fee of 20% of the scheduled service will be charged.

**Cancellations:**
If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 20% of the service fee.
